The varsity team finished a long, battle-tested weekend at War on the Shore in Ocean City, Maryland.
The Patriots finished 7th in the 20 team event, and had five wrestlers bring home hardware. The Pates’ highlight performance came from 113 pounder Luis Vargas, who became Freedom’s first War on the Shore champion.
